# Help with certification

I have tried to complete the exercises for HubSpot Sales sophware 4 different times now. It still will not give me my certification. It has been longer than 24 hours and it is still not graded. Please help me figure out how to get this certification as I need it for a class.

Hi @AToroZanetti,

Some practical exercises are graded automatically based on actions taken in your HubSpot account, while others are reviewed manually. This can take up to five to seven business days. If it’s been more than seven business days since a certification practical exercise was submitted, check the status in your HubSpot account, see [here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/resources/complete-practical-exercises-in-your-certification-course).

In other words, it’s not unusual that this takes more than 24 hours. If it’s needed for a class, you can share the article linked above where it says that grading can take a few days.
