Hi @MLenzoni,

HubSpot has a great set of troubleshooting steps here: [Troubleshoot chat widget not appearing on website pages](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/chatflows/chat-widget-is-not-appearing-on-your-pages)

Can you check these first and then report back?

Best regards

Hi @MLenzoni,
The code to me looks correct and checking the website it looks like the live chat is there.
For ease of use I’d recommend checking out the HubSpot wordpress plugin which greatly simplifies interacting with any HubSpot website addons on wordpress (chatsbots, forms, cookies…)
