Help!
I teach a high school CE Marketing class and am having students create a free hubspot academy account, showing them the basics of how to enter data, and the importance of hubspot experience and certifications on their resumes. All of my students were able to successfully log in except for one. He is doing everything right, but the system is having him verify via email, then not letting him in as it said his account was suspicious at first, then said it was a duplicate. He tried signing up with a different email and had the same result. We deleted his accounts, as it said he made the accounts but then wouldn’t let him do anything. Now it is saying he has to verify his identity with a government issued ID or some other method that inflicts on student privacy. I had him take a video recording of his screen so we could get help. The phone support wasn’t helpful since we are on a free account and sent me here. Please help. I looked into the students account and removed the video as it showed their email address. I sent you a DM referencing all of the Portals this User is associated with. Please feel free to confirm which HubID is the correct portal they’re attempting to access.
