Help reactivating a deactivated free account

I was getting emails that one of my free HubSpot accounts was going to be deleted but when I logged in to stop the deactivation of the account was not there anymore.

I also had another free HubSpot account that I received no emails about that got deactivated and I would like that reactivated as well.
