# Help: Need a Scheduling tool with Map

Hi -- We need a calendar tool that makes it easy to log meetings and send reminder emails in hubspot. What about the calendar tool in hubspot? This tool doesn’t allow us to set the location to the contact’s address and our sales team travels on-site. (Without paying for more paid seats, we can’t even add it to the meeting tool form.)

In a perfect world, the scheduler would also integrate with a map so that our office team booking these meetings could see: Oh, on Monday, Andy is in Region A and on Tuesday he’s in Region B, so it makes sense to schedule this new meeting that’s also in Region B on Tuesday.

Any ideas welcome!

Hi @JWestbrook unfortunately, this it not something you can currently do in HubSpot. While you can collect the contacts address in the meeting form, it won’t populate the meeting description. However, this would be a very useful feature. [It has been requested in the ideas forum here](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Add-contact-address-to-meeting-field/idi-p/494589). Upvote the idea and HubSpot will be more likely to take a look at this and potentially create a solution!

I couldn’t help but pitch in that you could employ a tool like [Arrivy](https://www.arrivy.com/). It might be beneficial for your sales team’s scheduling needs. This platform allows you to effortlessly visualize your team’s schedule on a map, enabling you to seamlessly coordinate and schedule additional appointments with ease.
