I have a team associated with me in tracking HubSpot certifications. One of the team members left and I would like to transfer just that team member’s certifications to a new email. When I have tried using the transfer instructions, it seems to be linking all team member’s certificaitons, i.e. transfer the entire team. What is the process to transfer just one team member’s certifications?
