Hello, I recently noticed that the Views sidebar on the left of the Help Desk no longer persists between refreshes. It now collapses every time the page is refreshed. The Breeze Assistant tells me there is no available setting to ‘pin’ it or prevent it from collapsing. We are constantly switching between ticket Views and it’s annoying that I now have to keep expanding the Views sidebar all day long. If there could be a way to pin the Views sidebar so it stays expanded between refreshes, or otherwise mitigate whatever change resulted in this undesirable and inefficient behavior, it would be much appreciated

I’ve checked this on my end and haven’t been able to reproduce the issue. In my testing, the ‘views’ dropdown remains expanded even after refreshing the page or switching between views. If the issue is still occurring on your end, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support so they can investigate your account directly.
