Board view in Help Desk is very much needed. Users prefer the highly visual board view! ---

Helpdesk should truly empower Support teams, but functioning as just an enhanced ‘inbox’ isn’t enough. A ticket pipeline board view offers the cleanest and most intuitive user experience. Introducing a board view in Help Desk would be a game-changer and would undoubtedly attract more support teams to adopt the feature. ---
