We are looking to create an automated email campaign for clients abandoning their basket on our website. Our e-commerce platform is SynXis but they do not have API, they suggested that Hubspot creates a coding via a GTM container. Can anybody please assist with more information as to how we can go about this.

Did SynXis provide additional information on the GTM container? Such as requirements or instructions on how to implement the GTM container so it interacts with SynXis. Did they suggest the automated emails would be sent from SynXis or HubSpot?
