Hi everyone, - I am based in the northwestern suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, USA - I work for an A++ property and casualty insurance company that sells coverage to small businesses and aims to be the number one provider of customer service in the insurance industry. We are also a Berkshire Hathaway company - I am a photographer, tennis player, runner and swimmer. I love to travel and experience things like a local. I also speak French and am a francophile - My personal mantra is start before you’re ready. Preparation is everything --- This post was migrated from [connect.com](http://connect.com) and was originally published at an earlier date.

Thanks for the introduction Tom Pepe, I’m always happy to meet a fellow language enthusiast. 🙂 Seth Nagle that’s an interesting point about not many insurance companies using HubSpot! 🤔Tom Pepe do you mind sharing what you’re using HubSpot for? Are you mainly using the CRM to manage your contact & customer list or do you also use it for Sales & Marketing? --- This post was migrated from [connect.com](http://connect.com) and was originally published at an earlier date.
