Where are you based? >> I am from Paris, France, Head of Marketing at a financial software provider company.
What is your level of AI expertise? (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) >> Intermediate—with a strong focus on AI and RPA, essential for maximizing productivity and driving success. In our marketing processes, we’ve automated most of the lead generation and nurturing workflow. Here’s a glimpse of what we do: - Data Acquisition – Continuously extracting structured corporate and professional data from the web (revenues, key decision-makers, email addresses, competitors, software usage, etc.). - Data Structuring & Enrichment – Organizing and refining information through automated AI-driven processes. - Competitive Intelligence – Identifying which companies use competing solutions, giving us a strategic edge. - Email Outreach Optimization – Retrieving professional email addresses, pre-validating them to (almost) delete bounces (and keep our Hubspot email campaigns healthy
), and maintaining high email campaign performance. All this data flows seamlessly into HubSpot, streamlining our (cold) outreach and overall marketing operations.
Which AI tool has been the most useful for you so far? >> We leverage the major players: ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and more. Additionally, we use AI agents and wrappers like Proxy (Convergence) and Perplexity. We also integrate LLMs into our own developments, enabling us to enhance automation with custom AI solutions tailored to our needs.

Welcome to the community Bernard Duhoux ! I’m interested to hear: What challenges did you face when integrating AI-driven automation into your marketing workflows, and how did you overcome them? --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
The first challenge was to use AI before chatGPT was released for everybody as an AI-generated UI. It was less quality and more R&D. The challenge now is to try and follow all the weekly improvements and released of new AIs, wrappers, agents, etc. Or to stay focus on some technos and avoid the noise the AI market gets into recently. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
