My name is Pat, I’ve currently been chatting with Greta Ratliff. After connecting their website to HubSpot when she visits her website it show “This page is unavailable. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact the website owner.” The domain is [tintrumpetinterpreters.com](http://tintrumpetinterpreters.com/) but only shows under [https://tintrumpetinterpreters.com/en-us/home](https://tintrumpetinterpreters.com/en-us/home). Please advise with best next steps.

@PHarmon Did you connect the domain to HubSpot? If so, you would need to ensure that the previous website pages associated to the domain were migrated to HubSpot as well. This would mean that the pages live in another software, but the domain lives in HubSpot, pointing to a blank page.

If this post helped to solve what you were looking for, please mark this as an accepted solution. Happy HubSpotting!

It looks like the domain is setup properly. What CMS Hub plan is this? From your post, it says free, but you mention that you are connecting someone else’s site so is their plan also free? This will help us understand what options are available to you.

But I am wondering if you intended to setup the multi-language features (/en-us/home). In the Hubspot CMS, you normally just have a page without a slug (ie: no “home” on the end) that becomes your index page. So in this instance Hubspot may not see a homepage and results in the error. I don’t recall there being a way to set any page as the homepage so naming it “home” as you did would not impact the site.

I am the website owner and this is my first experience with website management. Pat works for HubSpot and was unable to help me by chat, he was kind enough to create this request for me.

I do not want the multi-language feature. When trying to solve this problem I found troubleshooting guidelines that said the language, slug, etc. have to be specified.

@ jnix284 can you help? I’ve tried chat support three times and nothing I’ve found in the community support makes sense or has helped.

Thanks,

Greta
