Our Account Executives would like to personally send a link to the NPS Feedback Survey to our clients rather than relying on automated emails.
We were told by support that we can send people to our website, but I would like the option to give people a link to just the survey rather than a banner on our homepage.
Our team also would love the idea to send a link. When I worked at Apple, we had a link we could send and it was incredibly helpful.

Agreed, this funcitonaility would allow us to use the built in NPS features and customize it to our business’ process.
