Hi Team,
Can we have a templated formated for NOTES when you go to a DEALS/CONTACTS and click on CREATE NOTE, so that when a use comes and clicks on it, he/she just needs to fill in the information. for example like below:

- Spoken to(mother/father):
- Talked about: (student name, or if you can write under the DEAL NOTES then not needed):
- Content or details of discussions in main pointer format(try to write in keywords format-for example Mother inquired about the Refund policy, or clarified about auto-renewal or Conveyed one-time discount):
- Next action if any followed by a TASK(if required):
- Any step that you will take next:
- Any important details other than the above (that need the next person who is the owner to look at):
This way a lot of time shall be saved and all important info can be put into the NOTES, THNX
Waiting for a revert for help on this or an action

Hi @PankajSharma,

HubSpot has a feature that works nicely in this situation: snippets. [Create and use snippets](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/use-snippets)

You would create a snippet for your template and could always call that snippet in a note by typing #nameofyoursnippet.

In Professional subscriptions there are also playbooks which guide a user through specific questions: [Sales Tools](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sales-tools)

Best regards!

Hi @PankajSharma,

Yes, up to five snippets. Have you reviewed the link about snippets I shared earlier? It includes all of this information.

Best regards!
