Thanks for your question. Are you using different email addresses to log in or will you be using the same email to manage all 3 accounts?
In order to switch between portals (accounts), you must be using the same email address. If there’s already an existing HubSpot portal for each company, you can easily send an invitation to join that HubSpot portal with the same address.
From there, you’ll be able to see all 3 accounts in the dropdown when clicking on your profile and preferences.
Now, if you’re looking to create a New HubSpot Portal (account) with your email address you’ll want to do the following:
1. Log into your HubSpot Account HubSpot Login and Sign in
2. Click on this link: https://app.hubspot.com/signup-hubspot/crm?step=existing_user
3. Choose ‘Create Account with New User’, then follow the next steps forward.
