Perhaps this already exists, in which case I’m open to instructions on how to find it, but I would like for the NPS survey to also automatically calculate the actual Net Promotor Score based on the responses and list this somewhere. Currently I have to manually do this calculation, which seems a bit odd.
100% agree it’s odd it’s not in-built by HS…
