I completely believe in TOC (Theory of Constraints). Find the bottleneck, optimize it until it’s not the constraint, look for the next bottleneck, etc. But, with so much on our plates, we tend to focus on the thing that shouts the loudest, instead of what could give us the most output and our time back. AI could be amazing at this, helping us look for the next bottleneck. Rinse/repeat. Analysing our accounts and making suggestions on what could have the biggest impact, and then focusing us on just that ball with meaningful info, and at the same time looking for the next ball. If you suck at multitasking like me, this could make us super-efficient. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
That’s an interesting idea, I recently started using AI to help me prioritize daily tasks so I can avoid falling in the procrastination cycle --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
