Have just 1 column for internal notes on meetings upon exporting

WHen exporting hubspot meetings there are 2 possible data fields the meeting notes could appear depending on how the meeting was logged. If a meeting was logged within the hubspot activity buttons, any meeting notes from the agent are stored under meeting description, but if the meeting was created via the outlook integration the notes are then stored under “internal meeting notes”. This is far from perfect and makes quality checking very difficult. Also how will HubSPots AI read this, will it understand as the meeting description for outlook syncs contains the calendar invite not the meeting notes so it will just summarise a calendar booking. They seem to have over complicated it and there just needs to be 1 unified field for notes made on a meeting by the sales agent.
