# Groups/tags to classify forms/emails

If would be great to be able to group somehow assets (such as emails or forms) by category so **when creating filters or workflows selecting them one by one won’t be necessary**. For example, if I want to trigger an action when someone submits a demo form, it would be very useful if there was a category I could select instead of picking every demo form one by one. Same would apply for emails - if I were to create a workflow where only an action taken to specific emails should trigger al action.

This is essential. One cannot create future-proofed workflows without the ability to have dynamic form selection… another solution would be to have triggers not based on selected forms, but rather forms that “contain yyy” (so you can use a standard naming convention.
