We are an art gallery and my boss is looking for an efficient way to look up clients’/museum directors’ interest in different artists on the Hubspot app. Right now, I’ve been adding their interest in the “membership notes” area, which seems to be totally searchable and easily accessible on my laptop, however, there does not seem to be that capability in the mobile app.
Yes! The inability to search notes on mobile is extremely inconvenient. We have several people who are in the field most of the time and it would be very helpful for them to view notes by search, especially ones they are tagged in.
Agree, this needs to be improved. The idea that a CRM is supposed to support sales people who are out in the field meeting clients regularly, yet we cant even find the contacts on the app is ridiculous. Im better off saving my contacts to my phone database and using that instead. Please find a solution ASAP
