Gravity Forms / Number of form views and submission rate

Hi,

We use the Gravity Forms plugin for Wordpress.

We cannot collect the number of form views and the submission rate of those forms in Hubspot, like we can collect them when we use regular Hubspot forms.

So we have no idea of the conversion rate of those forms.

Is there anything we can/should do regarding this matter in order to get this data ?

Hi @RachidH

The only way that I know for sure to get that data inside HubSpot, is to host your form and landing page in HubSpot.

As an alternative, if your form has a bespoke thank you page, you could create a Google analytics conversion event to track views to submissisions based on views of the thank you page.

We have that GA event set up, but I was dreaming to have all data in one platform :slightly_smiling_face:
