Definitely, Google Voice integration in Hibspot would be the best alternative to having to pay 2x or 3x for alternatives like Aircall
I will continue bumping this post and petitioning requests for this.
I do not want a separate company, entity, or service for each imperative
feature.
Additionally, I’m very surprised that Hubspot has still not yet integrated
text messaging/logging as a method of tracking communications with
contacts. They haven’t even added a button to MANUALLY log a text to a
contact. The only options are still just phone call or email. =/
Yes, I know HubSpot is pushing their internal product here but a lot of us are tied in with Google Voice as our business phone number.
Agreed!!! Having eggs in too many different baskets is aggravating, and can
get confusing. Also having billing in fewer places is very helpful!!
This would be amazing! You already have all the google integrations, putting google voice in there would be a great addition and further your relationship with Google. Please do this asap!

Upvoting! Google Voice, though not as popular as some other VoIPs, is easy to use within smaller businesses. I’d love to see the ability to integrate into HubSpot, logging calls, texts, and Voicemails.
The Google Voice chrome extension does allow for easy calling out of HubSpot, which is the current work around.
Just pinging this again because it’s 2023 and would still love Gvoice integration if possible! Even if it just linked to Gvoice to track Text/Call history. Would be a great first step.

features - I hope HS catches up soon - I’ve used it for over 8 years, and
I’m sad to switch.

Google Voice integration please!
This makes sense because our global sales team uses Google everything. The phone providers that are currently integrated with Hubspot charge over three times more than what Google charges per phone number with unlimited calling.
