We are currently using the Google meeting add on to send meetings with a link to join. We have a workflow in place within our pipeline that automatically sends our client an email when they have spoken to a sales rep confirming that they have booked an online consultation. Is it possible to include the link to the Google meeting within that email?

Hey @BBarclay98 the only way to include this would be through a personalization token, to have a personalization token you would need to store the link within a contact property.
So you would need someone or something to add the google meet link into a custom contact property, then you could use a personalization token for that property in your emails and it would auto-populate.
This is much needed functionality. Need to be able to include the meeting link (not just the meeting location) in the automated reminder emails. We may have to switch to a different scheduler specifically because of this issue. People miss the meetings because they can’t find the meeting link. It needs to be as accessible as possible, right in those reminder emails when using the meeting scheduler.
