Hi everyone…
How easy is it to feed Google discovery ads captured data into hubspot lists or forms? I can see some comments about this not being possible from 2020 and Google ads suggests Zapier. Any solutions and /or advice welcomed.
Cheers

Good question, @GHorrocks! And thanks for the mention, @TitiCuisset!
As far as I know, there isn’t an easy way to pull data from Google discovery ads and feed it into HubSpot. Google doesn’t provide indiviual lists of targeted contacts for any campaign type that I know about. And that’s a good thing — a person hasn’t opted into communication from you until they actually submit a contact form.
That said, I understand the interest in getting real contact info from the users that Google is targeting in your discovery campaigns. My best advice — make sure that you’re targeting the contacts you want in HubSpot and presenting them valuable offers.
If you’re able to push the right crowd to a tracked HubSpot page with a HubSpot form, that conversion will push the targeted contact into HubSpot. The audience you build determines who is most likely to see your ad and be given the option to opt into communciations from you. From there, you can use captured data from Google to determine:
You should also check out ad conversion events. You’re able to send HubSpot conversion outcomes back to Google Ads to optimize around. As Google learns more about who converts, they’ll be able to better target users similar to your historic converters.
Hope this helps! Best of luck to you in setting up your campaigns!
