I am able to Sync all my contacts from Hubspot to Google Contacts back and forth. When I try to do the same thing for my employees I am being asked to give the employees “Everything” level of access for contacts in Hubspot CRM. I don’t want to give full access of all contacts to each employee as it’s going to be a huge mess. Employees only need access to the contacts that they are working on.
Is there a wayaround?

Hi Karsten, thanks for your response. When my employee tries to Sync Hubspot to Google Contacts, he is asked to send an email to me (the admin) to provide him the below permissions. If you look at the below screenshot, it says Contact Access - Edit “Everything”. Unless I got to the employees user access level (which right now is set at “Owned Only” and change that to “Everything” it would not let Google Contacts Sync with my employees
Below is my employees existing access level which I don’t want to change to anything else
But the below is the access level that the system is askimg me to give him so he can Sync Google Contacts to Hubspot Contacts

I can’t comment on why the sync is set up this way but it seems like this can’t be changed – and that you’ll either have to temporarily grant these permissions or simply as these users for an export of their Google contacts so you can manually import them: Export, back up, or restore contacts - Computer - Contacts Help

The problem we were having was that when the employee creates a contact on Hubspot he has to manually go to his Google Contacts and create the same contact again, so he could Whatsapp the contact. We tried the Hubspot integrated way as stated above but it did not work. Finally we had to use Zapier to get the results (with certain conditions and tweeks)
