Has anyone a solution of how to manage Google Business Messages (https://businessmessages.google/) via tickets or conversations? Has anyone stumbled over a tool that can aid with this?
API is here: https://developers.google.com/business-communications/business-messages/guides
Hi @FBecker
Thank you for reaching out.
I want to tag some of our experts here - @Mike_Eastwood @DarianVretenar @Ismail do you have any thought or workarounds here?
Thank you!

Hi @FBecker
At this moment, you can’t create a new message in Conversations, but you can create/update Ticket and associate it with Contact or similar.
If there’s the ability to set up a webhook URL in GBM, which will send a JSON/XML to your endpoint, you can create / update Ticket in Hubspot. The alternative is to create a script that will ping GBM API and check any new messages.
I believe this is doable.
If you don’t have the resources to do it, we can help.
Kind regards,
Darian
Hi @FBecker
What if you send your Google Business messages to a Conversation Inbox, then you could automatically create tickets.
Would this work for you?
As @DarianVretenar suggested the ultimate way to handle them would be a custom app.
Cheers
Mike
p.s. thank you for the mention @TitiCuisset
Mike,
Please explain “send your Google Business messages.” Google adds a button to our local business profile: Request a Quote. That button links to a google chat feature. To access the chat we need to login to our Google Business manager. We’d like these chat messages to land in our conversation inbox just as Facebook messages do. I don’t know how to “send” these messages to the conversation inbox. Do you mean copy and paste them in?
Thank you,
Susan
