I was validating the google analytics goals vs hubspot contacts (goal) and I seem to be missing a few contacts which is ok. But when i look into the goals by campaign they are not matching up on hubspot vs google analytics. Is there a reason why this is an issue and are there ways to fix this issues?

Are you using form submissions? If so, this related community thread offers insight into this.
The analytics from Google and Hubspot are measured based on different trends and it is also advised to also never compare both results together. I wanted to refer you to this help article and help article that have more information on HubSpot Analytics and Google Analytics not matching.
