I created event to sync with Google based on form submissions.
This seems like not working because there are no form submissions synced for enhanced conversion even there are over 50 submission since I created the event.
I re-created the event and still not working. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thank you for posting in our Community! I’d like to share this knowledge base here to ensure your account is connected correctly. Do you know if the form submissions are associated with a contact? Or if it’s not showing in HubSpot?

Hi @PamCotton, the forms are Hubspot forms and associated with contacts.
Everything else works as intended, but not the sync to Google Ads.

Actually I just noticed that some of the form submissions have been synced during the night to Google (but not all, missing about 30%).
The synced form submissions are visible in Google Ads but in Hubspot event manager it says 0 events has been synced. Seems like a bug?

You’re not using an MCC account are you?

This type account doesn’t work with Enhanced Conversion Events

If you’re using a Google Ads Manager account or My Client Centre (MCC), you cannot use Google’s enhanced conversions to sync your form submission ad conversion events. While you will be able to create the event in HubSpot, the form data will not sync.

We currently use Lifecycle stage change events and not form submission event. I have noticed that the sync sometime takes up to 24-hours to sync over.

Let me know if your Google Ads Account is an MCC account.

@MrJustinGivens thank you for your replay. We have connected the Ads account directly, not via MCC.

@MrJustinGivens Can you please also help me? I have similar kind of issue with Syncing events.

In my case Hubspot Lifecycle events are imported to Google ads after Integration of Both. But Events at the Google ads account are not syncing.

I have tried multiple things followed the procedure to ensure all things are correctly setup but still the events are not syncing.

Can you investigate this please??
