Hi! I would like to sync my google ads account which is unactive for perfomance purposes of our campaigns. If I sync my account, would it affect the results? The account of theMKT Director is sync but we cannot see the perfomances of the campaigns and conversions, please see my screenshot below:

If I submit myself as a user, would it affect the current reporting or any data there?
