I’m slightly embarassed to admit that shortly after our conversation, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in the social tab, under “monitor.” As I previously mentioned, it really seems that Hubspot has pulled no punches on this CRM. I’m thoroughly impressed every step of the way. I will use your link to post any real problems that I run into, but it’s not looking like that will happen any time soon.
