Hi all 👋 As it’s the beginning of the year, I’m setting my goals for the next 12 months and they are: -Increase LTV of clients by 15% -Increase our overall anual revenue by 25% -Implement a culture of learning in our sales teams by using the GROW framework once a week: Goal, Realisticness, Options, Way forward.
