Hey everyone,

I’m Tim, and I recently launched my sales enablement coaching business. While I’ve seen early wins, I’m now shifting into more intentional planning; aligning my efforts with both my current goals and long-term vision.

If you’re open to it, I’d really value your feedback. I’ll walk you through my first phase (a focused sub-goal), followed by the big-picture vision I’m working toward.

## 

Phase 1 Goal + Vision:

### 

**GOAL (Metric-Based)**

GXC will generate $10,000 per month in recurring revenue by September 2026.

### 

**VISION (State of Affairs)**

This growth will empower us to build a sustainable sales infrastructure, beginning with hiring and developing our first SDR—expanding our reach, deepening client impact, and setting the foundation for a thriving team that champions founder success.

Phase X Goal + Vision:

### 

**GOAL (Metric-Based)**

Hire and successfully onboard five all-star team members—Sales Director, CFO, CMO, Branding Consultant, and Sales Consultant, by Q4 of 2030, supported by sustainable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of at least $1.75M and an operational infrastructure capable of scaling with 15–20% net profit margins.

GXC operates as a high-performance consulting firm where a trusted team of specialized leaders collaborates in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. From a dedicated office hub in St. Louis, we empower small business ecosystems and founders through scalable, values-based solutions; setting a national example of transformation-driven consulting.
