Hi!
I created a specific property for amount of a company that i need.
Now, when I create the goal report I manage to customize it as per having this new property taken into account.
But when I go under in the section “Compare” and “reference Line” I can choose a Goal from a list and the one for the amount doesn’t appear. There is another kind of goal, but it’s useless: it’s the number of deals, while I’m tracking the amount.
If you click in the little “i” it says “Only goals matching the report’s date and frequency will be available.”, I don’t know if this is can be helppful toward the finding solution.
Also, I want to say that when I created the property for the amount I put it in currency and it’s in “deal” and “Deal Revenue”. So it should be good from that point of view.
Thank you in advance!
Hi @AVignetti
I hope you are using the same currency and date range used in the goal, the issue might be range filters on the report.
You can check if there’s any range selected for the report
If so, kindly remove and then all the goals you created would be visible under Reference Line >> Goals.
If this is not the issue, you can go back to the goal and create report for that specific goal, actions >> Report
Let me know if you need further assistance.
If this helps, feel free to mark it as the solution
and give it an upvote

Hi! Thanks for your kind and useful reply.
My current situation is that the report has the Closed date as date parameter, but as you can see on the report there is the revenue goal, but it doesn’t show and when I go in the goal section, only the deal one appears. Do you have any idea on why this happens?

Hi @AVignetti , let’s tackle this together! The Revenue Goal property might be greyed out because of a missclick, if you click it again it’ll show up (but it’ll be empty until it has values).
Coming back to the issue of not seeing the goal and the parameter mismatch. Let’s make sure the frequency chosen inside the report is same/bigger than the goals parameter, for example if you selected monthly in duration section of goal, the frequency on report should be monthly, quarterly, or yearly, if daily/weekly is selected in freq. the goal won’t show up.
Ideally there should be at least 2 filters applied on this kind of report (but only 1 is visible in the ss), so, kindly confirm if this is the exact report created from the goals section. When a report is directly created through a goal, it only shows the parameters selected inside the goal: Report on goals
Let me know if this resolves the issue.
