Gmail integration - extension wont recognise account

Hi All

Im getting a message whilst trying to use the hubspot chrome / gmail integration

‘There are no hubspot accounts for [my email]’

This is despite there indeed being an account, and me successfully logging in to The website.

This has worked previously.

Ive cleared cache, cookies, tried incognito, tried an old PC where it worked for sure and reinstalled the extension multiple times on both PCs.

Nada.

Any ideas?

To be clear - I can log in fine with the extension (clicking the icon in gmail) but immediately, I get the pop up with the message above

Would you be able to follow the below steps to make sure that the correct account is selected?

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings settings icon in the main navigation bar.
  • In your left sidebar menu, navigate to General.
  • Click the Email tab.
  • Click Email extension settings to expand the section

Once you’re in your Email extension settings, can you please follow the steps outlined here to ensure the HubSpot account is connected?
