We are looking to increase HubSpot participation and buy-in among our sales team - especially the Sales Tools in Outlook. Unfortunately, many still have the old/obsolete pulg-in that no longer works and even if I were confident in their ability to remove the old and install the new, I’m reluctant to give them an additional task (since most of my case is built on HubSpot making their lives easier and being less work). Has anyonehad success witha mass updating such as this?

I understand that you were hoping to update the HubSpot Sales Tools for Outlook for the entire team at once. However, I regret to inform you that each user will need to go through the process individually. The reason for this is that the update process requires each user to log into their email with their username and password. It is important to ensure the security and confidentiality of each user’s account information.
I recommend sending the installation instructions to them through email or any internal communication platform.

1. Uninstall the HubSpot Sales email extension for Outlook
2. Install HubSpot Sales for Gmail, Office 365, and Outlook desktop
