Global email block list for all forms with centralised management

It would be a major efficiency win to have a global email block list that applies across all HubSpot forms, rather than managing blocked emails on a form-by-form basis.

This would allow teams to centrally control which email addresses or domains are excluded from form submissions, with the option to update or extend HubSpot’s existing block list.

How it would work

  1. Create and manage a global email and domain block list in one central location.
  2. Apply this block list automatically to all existing and new forms.
  3. Option to add exceptions or overrides at individual form level if needed.
  4. Ability to edit, update, or sync with HubSpot’s default blocked email list.

Why this matters

  • Saves hours of manual work when managing tens or hundreds of forms
  • Prevents internal, competitor, spam, and low-quality submissions at scale
  • Improves pipeline accuracy by keeping CRM data clean
  • Reduces reporting noise and improves attribution confidence
  • Makes form governance manageable as organisations grow

This would be especially valuable for larger businesses with complex websites and multiple teams creating forms across different pages and campaigns.

100 agree. Having to update domains manually is very time-consuming and difficult to manage as new domains appear. The ability to block competitor email domains globally would streamline this process and help ensure lead generation forms remain clean and targeted to the right audience.
