I just found out that Hubspot discontinued a valued feature. Why? For years we had this functionality. You cannot provide a valuable function of the CRM and then take it away from your paying clients. It feels like a bait and switch. It is bad business, HS.
HubSpot’s automatic company info population based on a URL, previously offered through HubSpot Insights, was discontinued on March 17, 2025. This change happened because HubSpot was phasing out HubSpot Insights and replacing it with a paid data enrichment product called Breeze Intelligence. This means that the free features of HubSpot Insights, including the URL-based auto-population, are no longer available
