# Github deploy action failing - exit 127

Today I noticed that the HubSpot CMS deployment action is failing. There has been no update to our code over the weekend so I assume the action using hubspot CLI/@latest has caused this.

Can this please be urgently investigated? We have many projects that now rely on this as the primary deployment tool.

Hi - I am encountering the same issue with the same exit code: **Error: Process completed with exit code 127.**

It seems to happen after credentials are confirmed, but before the files are pushed up to HubSpot.

Thanks. I should have logged a ticket there also…  
I have just rerun the job in Github and it seems to have succeeded. No word from HubSpot yet, so will leave this open for now
