Getting UTMs from a lead to be used in Pabbly/Zapier

Hey all,

I’m trying to find the UTMs for leads that came in. Like this one for example

This shows the lead is attributed to these ads in campaign and ad group. However, after using a third party automation tool like Pabbly or Zapier, we’re unable to find these information…

This is what we can see, and it’s not really the ad activity nor facebook UTMs.

Does anyone have any clue?

In HubSpot, you can capture UTM parameters using native forms or through Zapier integration. Additionally, HubSpot offers tracking URLs that automatically tag visitors with UTM parameters. These methods help track the performance of your marketing campaigns effectively.

@BChew, what are you trying to do with the data? It’s possible to create lists and reports (using Ad interactions) based on ad campaigns. The reports could show you the number of contacts generated from specific campaigns, and lists could be used for workflows if you wanted to use this information to trigger an automation.

You can also branch within workflows based on ad interactions, too.

I’m trying to pull these data to a google sheet dashboard that has all my marketing information from various platforms.

So, I need to know where each lead/contact came from so I can have a picture of what works and what doesn’t.

The first step is to grab their UTMs whenever a new lead is created so I can pair it to the ads in my google sheets. All automated.

Could you use the above to create a workflow to populate a custom property(or properties) with what you need, and then feed this into your Google sheet?

As I’m a beginner in Hubspot, could you guide me to how to do that?
