Getting (url) as unknown on submitting non-hubspot form

I am getting an unknown url on submitting my non hubspot form what could be the actual reason of it ??

Earlier, I was getting the URL path of the specific page from which my nonhubspot form is being submitted, Now there is text UNKNOWN in place of the actual URL, what can be the issue does HubSpot store location for the nonhubspot form itself or do I have to add an extra field in the payload to fetch url or is there any setting which I am missing to enable ?

Does this option play a vital role in getting the URL from the form submission page For some reason, I have turned it off, and I am Unable to provide that specific screenshot .

Exactly! What you’re mentioning is correct. If the form submission source appears as ‘Unknown URL,’ it usually means HubSpot is unable to capture information about the website from which the form was submitted, likely because the option to collect data from website forms isn’t enabled.

By turning on the “Collect data from website forms” option in HubSpot, you’ll be able to gather that information and track which website or specific page the form was submitted from.
