Getting Started with Small Group Coaching & Community Live Events

Welcome! This platform is your starting point for discovering and registering for Small Group Coaching and Community live learning experiences. You can browse upcoming events, register when you’re ready, and join the live event—all designed to help you build skills, connect with peers, and reach your learning goals.

The homepage highlights each program under Explore Our Programs. Clicking into each program takes you to events specific to that program. From there, you can view upcoming events and find options that fit your schedule.

Use the top navigation to switch between programs and their events, or visit HubSpot Academy and HubSpot Community to access on-demand resources and community discussions.

Create your account

Follow the steps below to create your account. Please note that events.hubspot.com is hosted by Hivebrite, so you’ll see an integration screen during sign-up. This allows you to sign in using your HubSpot account.

1. To get started, visit the login page and select Log in.

2. Sign in using your existing HubSpot credentials. (If you don’t have an account, select Create a new HubSpot account).

3. Select your HubSpot account and click Choose account.
   • Important: Use the email address and account where you want to receive Hivebrite communications.
4. Select Connect app.

5. Enter the required fields (First name, Last Name, and Location), then click Log in.
   Note: Make sure to select an option from the drop down. Selecting a country is sufficient; you do not need to specify a city.

6. Success! Your account is now created. You’ll receive a welcome email shortly. You may also upload a profile photo if you’d like.
   
   

Find an Event

Small Group Coaching offers hands-on guidance for specific HubSpot tools, led by HubSpot Academy Professors. Choose from 60+ recurring topics, get real-time help with questions or blockers, and leave with clear next steps you can apply directly in HubSpot.

Note: You must create an account and log in to register for an event.

1. Select Small Group Coaching from the navigation which will direct you to our Full List of Events.

2. Use the Search or filters to find available events by Topic, Region, or Language. (Currently supports English, Spanish, French and German.)

3. Once you’ve found a topic of interest, you can register or click “view more times across regions” to see additional availability.

Register for an Event

Note: You must create an account and log in to register for an event.

1. Select the event you’re interested in from our Events Page.

2. On the right-hand side, click Register for this event.

3. Use the dropdown to select your (1) ticket and click Proceed to Registration.
   
4. Under Choose attendee, select yourself to complete all required fields and click Submit.

5. You’re registered! Add the event to your calendar using the orange “Add to Calendar” link and keep an eye out for a confirmation email with further details.

Joining an Event

Note: You must create an account and log in to join an event. Please wait until the event starts to join.

1. To join an event, you will need to join through the event page link which can be found in the following locations:

   • Registration Confirmation Email

     • Subject: You’re registered for %{Event_Name}! Please Add to Your Calendar

   • Reminder emails

     • Subject: 24 Hour REMINDER: You are registered for %{Event_Name}
     • Subject: 1 Hour REMINDER: You are registered for %{Event_Name}

   • Within the Calendar Event (see image below)

2. At the start time of the event, you will see an orange “Join the live event”

3. Click the button and it will bring you into the Zoom room to attend.
4. Joining before the event start time will let you into the meeting waiting room. Please wait here for the host to start the meeting.

Cancel Event Registration

1. Login to events.hubspot.com.

2. Click on your Profile in the top right corner and click My Events.

3. Click See Order on the event you are looking to cancel

4. Click Cancel Complete Order to successfully cancel registration.
