I have a simple workflow that I cannot get to work. It is when a contact submits an inquiry to our website it creates a form. If we do not respond in 24 hours, I want it to send a reminder email to our team. I cannot get it to work. What am I missing?

Hi @RPetrovsky,

Are you responding through the HubSpot CRM? If so, here’s what I would do:

1. Enroll based on form submission
2. Delay for 24 hours
3. Use an AND/OR branch to check whether ‘Last contacted is less than 1 day ago’
4. If yes, don’t do anything, if none met, send an internal notification

Your workflow does not work because there isn’t any delay built in. I’m also not sure what exactly ‘Contact Form Response Status’ is, is that a custom property you created? If so, that would mean double work for someone actually responding – sending an email and updating the field?

Best regards
