Hello everyone
I have a query related to this API [https://api.hubapi.com/files/v3/files](https://api.hubapi.com/files/v3/files).

I got the error **“MISSING\_SCOPES”** while using this API [https://api.hubapi.com/files/v3/files](https://api.hubapi.com/files/v3/files).

I checked the Auth token scope with this [https://api.hubapi.com/oauth/v1/access-tokens/{token}](https://api.hubapi.com/oauth/v1/access-tokens/%7Btoken%7D) and got the below response
"{
“token”: “CP6Z-\_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxVZL7XtKA25hMVIAWgA”,
“user”: “[x](mailto:akshay.dobariya@ajmerainfotech.com)xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”,
“hub\_domain”: “[app.com](http://app.com)”,
“scopes”: [
“oauth”,
“files”,
“tickets”,
“files.ui\_hidden.read”
],
“hub\_id”: xxxx,
“app\_id”: xxx,
“expires\_in”: 1166,
“user\_id”: xxxxxxxxxxxx,
“token\_type”: “access”
} "

Hi, @AkshayDobariya 👋 Thanks for reaching out. I have a few questions to help the community understand your issue better.

Have you tried:

- Creating a Private App with the equivalent scopes and using it for your auth method? For testing purposes?
- Have you tried removing the scopes from your Public App and then adding them back? Or creating a new test app with only the needed scopes? To test with?
- For the portal you’re trying to use your Public App with, are you a super admin in that portal?

Thanks! — Jaycee
