All,

Using Postman with ticket ID known, it will pull a handful of fields, all appear to be Hubspot-default fields. (see below)

I’ve created dozens of new fields (all ‘Ticket Information’ fields) and they show in the actual ‘Ticket \> Actions \> Show All Properties’ but do NOT show with the GET of the ticket. How do I use a API call to retreive more than these default fields?

End Goal here is all those new fields are on a form and I’m trying to pull form data down from HS and insert into a local Excel tool.

@SMCNULTY

Hi.

If your API URL like this, you should add ‘property’ to get parameter.

_/crm/v3/objects/tickets/{ticketId}_

For example this.

_/crm/v3/objects/tickets/{ticketId}/?properties=property1,property2_

or

_/crm/v3/objects/tickets/{ticketId}/?properties=property1&properties=property2_

Reference:

> **[Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot](https://app.hubspot.com/myaccounts?next=developerdocs&redirect=%2Fapi-reference%2Fcrm-tickets-v3%2Fguide)**

If it did’t help, please provide details of your API request information.

Thanks.
