It will be very helpful to get a permanent download or better a preview link for signed eSign quotes as a quote property. In our case we want to copy that link to our custom object for the generated contract, so the customer service can quickly access the signed quote during the technical contract setup, but also later when working with the contract record.
At the moment there is only a pdf download link property on the quote which can download the unsigned quote variant which is used for the customers to download it and this link also expires with the quote.
There is a Button to download the signed quote if you open the quote manually, but this isn’t smart. The very best solution could be a preview link instead of a download link, but at the moment the only way is to download it manually and upload it in a custom file property to get a direct url to that file (By the way, that’s the process we use for quotes that the customer has printed out, signed, scanned back in, and sent back to us, but I refuse to use this as a solution for something as modern and practical as eSign Quotes.)
