Hey guys !
I have a quick question, in the meeting scheduler part, when I’m editing the " reminder email" I see some variables for meetings (date, time, link).

 ![Capture d’écran 2024-10-26 à 11.48.43.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/1X/843c5395bd4c70b04c33bf125c32c8e436376995.png)

==\> I’d like to use these variables on a thank you / recap page after someone booked a meeting , does anyone know how would that translate in variable such as {{contact.firstname}} ?

I think the object to use would be “activities” and the variable {{activities.propertyname}} but I can’t find the internal name of the meeting properties.
Thanks for the help !

Hey, [@L\_vermeulen](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/828287) 👋 Thanks for the interesting question. The documentation doesn’t seem to cover this use case. The [**Meetings**](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/meetings#properties) object does have its set of properties, but falls under engagements rather than the standard default objects like Contacts or Companies.

Hey, @Anton @GiantFocal have you ever tried something like this with your pages?

Thanks for taking a look! — Jaycee

Hey [@L\_vermeulen](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/828287),

there are not many default properties for the meeting tool in the CRM. You’re on the right track with the activities. To get the date of the upcoming/booked meeting, use this property

`{{ contact.engagements_last_meeting_booked }}`

it will give you the time and date. You might want to apply the [datetime-filter](https://developers.hubspot.com/beta-docs/reference/cms/hubl/filters#format_datetime) to it to format the outcome to your desired display option.

As for description and location - It seems that those informations are not stored in the CRM.

best,

Anton

Hey @Anton !
Thank you for your reply.

`{{ contact.engagements_last_meeting_booked }}`

The above variable is working fine but only displays the date and not the time - Although the time is beeing displayed in CRM.
I’ve tried adding the [format\_daytime] to the variable and now it seems that the variable isn’t fetching the value for the “last\_meeting\_booked” contact property

` {{ contact.engagements.last_meeting_booked | format_datetime('medium') }}`

Any idea where this might come from ?
Thanks for your help ! 👋
Louis
