Hello,

When you call: [https://api.hubapi.com/engagements/v1/engagements/paged](https://api.hubapi.com/engagements/v1/engagements/paged)

it will return engagements however, createdBy,

is the HubSpot users “activeUserId”. How do you relate this back to the users “ownerId”?

Thanks!

Hey @CRedmon,

You can link the activeUserId to the ownerId by using this endpoint: [Get a list of owners | Owners API](https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/methods/owners/get_owners). This endpoint will return the ownerId together with the activeUserId.

Thanks @WendyGoh! I figured this is what you needed to do but I wanted to ask. Sorry for the late response.

One more question, does the engagement API bring back when a “TASK” is due?

Thanks!

Hey @CRedmon,

No apologise needed. The engagement API will bring back `Task` that is due. I have tested this out and I’m able to see tasks that have been due.

Hi @WendyGoh , we have been extracting engagements data from the API. I understand how we can map the owner id’s with their respective user names by using the owners API. However, we have the created by field that we are not sure where are these id’s coming from. We want to identify these users but we don´t know how to get this information. Can you please help us? Thanks!
