Get email for Calendly form to use it on a Hubspot form

Hi community!

I have a Calendly form where my users add their emails address. This form is embeded in a popin and use the standard Calendly code.

After booking a meeting, the users are redirected to a page which embed a Hubspot form.

The issue i had is when the user submit the hubspot form, the answer is not linked to the contact because the email address is not get.

Did someone have the same issue ?

Haven’t used this specific setup myself but I can see how HubSpot form data is not linked when the email is submitted in the Calendly form only.
The two solutions I see (neither ideal) would be to:

A. Ask for all the necessary data in the Calendly form and have this synced over to HubSpot properties (you may need a 3rd party integration tool there as to my best knowledge the native integration doesn’t sync full Calendly submission data over. Outfunnel could help with this but it’s another account to subscribe to and manage)
B. Ask for email again on the HubSpot form

PS. Is there a specific reason you’re not using HubSpot’s Meeting Scheduler?

I think i will try to use the Hubspot’s Meeting Scheduler because it seems to be the best and the fastest solution.
