# Get Call Status

when calling API , I get call status always as Completed , despite it might be BUSY or any other status , Does anyone knows a solution for this?

Hi @Ade ,

The status you are talking about Completed, Busye or other are actually Call Outcomes in crm and in API’s they are considered as dispositions . To get them you can use “ **hs\_call\_disposition** ” property.

Curl for that is :
