Get all email engagements per contact

Hi everyone!

I’m quite new to API’s and Hubspot in general. I want to analyse our data to see who is interacting with our emails the most and who used to engage, but started to disengage (like unsubscribing, reporting as spam or simply not opening emails).

I know this is stored on Hubspot and I can manually download this for every email we sent, but I’d like to get all our email engagements since we started using Hubspot, which means I’d have to manually download almost 500 email engagements.

Is there an API that can return the level of engagement for every contact the email was sent to for every email we have sent since using Hubspot?

If you could provide a way for me to do this in Python, that would be incredible!

I cannot help you with the Python programming, but I think you should look into the reporting on HubSpot because you can get all this by building reports in HS. There is a lot of info in this class at HubSpot Academy if you’re interesting:
